The USA team earned a total of three medals, two golds and one silver.
This year, the United States’ Joshua Ferraro was selected as an International Technical Officer. Ferraro, who refereed at IFMA’s 2016 competitions, tells USMF that the selection is the “biggest accomplishment” of his decade-long career.

March 13th, 2022, concluded the USMF’s World Games Qualifiers, finishing an exciting weekend full of Muay Thai competition and education in Denver, Colorado. Of course, the talented athletes fighting for their spot to represent the USA at the upcoming World Games were at the forefront of the event.
