This transition to Webpoint aligns us with esteemed organizations like USA Boxing, USA Cheer, USA Diving, and other National Governing Bodies recognized by the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
USA Muaythai invites all USA Muaythai community members (State Athletic Commissions, Sanctioning Bodies, Promoters, Clubs/Gyms, Athletes, Coaches, & Officials) to utilize our platform as a centralized Passbook database.
So, what does this mean for you?
We are introducing a virtual “PassBook” that streamlines your experience as a promotion, sanctioning body, athlete and coach. Our new membership platform boasts a significantly improved, user-friendly interface and an intuitive navigation system, making your interactions with the platform more seamless than ever.

One of the standout features is the ability to effortlessly upload and have your medicals (both physical and bloodwork) reviewed and verified by a USA Muaythai official. This certification process grants you eligibility to compete in any USA Muaythai Tournament, Sanctioned Event, or Affiliated Event. No more hassle of carrying hard copies of your medicals to events – simply show up, weigh in, and get ready to fight! Moreover, you’ll receive timely notifications regarding the expiration of your medicals, ensuring you’re always up-to-date and ready for action.

Important information regarding membership.
This information applies to both individual and club memberships.:
- Active Memberships:
All current ACTIVE memberships (both club and individual) will be seamlessly transferred to the new system. - Expired and Unpaid Memberships:
All existing but expired/unpaid memberships will enroll as new members. - Transition to Calendar Year:
As a common membership structure of major governing bodies, we are shifting our membership structure from a rolling year to a calendar year format. This means that all memberships will now commence on January 1st and expire on December 31st. - Transition Period for Existing Members:
To align with the calendar membership cycle, all imported memberships will be set to expire on December 31st, 2023. - Early Renewal Opportunity:
Early renewal is now open for all members. For those who choose to renew early, all renewed memberships will expire on December 31st, 2024. - New Memberships:
All new memberships purchased from here on out will expire on December 31st, 2024. All individual members must be affiliated with a club (member gym). If your gym is not listed, your gym will need to either renew their membership or purchase one before you can complete your registration.
We believe the transition to Webpoint is essential to achieving unification and strengthening partnerships within the USA Muaythai community.
